Film critic Rajeev Masand appeared on podcaster Cyrus Broacha's show to discuss his career transition from journalism to talent management at Dharma Collab Artists Agency. During the conversation, Masand reflected on his interactions with major Bollywood figures, including encounters with filmmaker Karan Johar, who frequently reminds him of a critical headline he wrote for Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

When asked to name his favourite actor of all time, Masand selected Shah Rukh Khan, describing him as "the actor-star" and highlighting his exceptional abilities as a performer and interviewer. "It was just incredible what he brought as a persona. He was also a great interview. The best, the easiest interview ever, even the most boring questions, he knows how to light up and he can read a room. There is no one like him," Masand stated. For the current generation of actors, Masand chose Ranbir Kapoor as his favourite.
