Shah Rukh Khan announced during an interactive AskSRK session on social media that his forthcoming film King will feature a song by renowned singer Arijit Singh. He explained that Singh is currently in the process of adding final polish to the track, noting that Singh's perfectionist approach requires additional time for refinement.

Addressing fan requests for content releases, Khan acknowledged a delay in sharing promotional materials but committed to unveiling the film's trailer before its theatrical release on December 24. He attributed the postponed marketing rollout to his desire to ensure the team presents their best creative work to audiences, emphasizing quality over speed.

King is scheduled for a Christmas release and will feature an ensemble cast including Suhana Khan in her film debut, alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, and others. The project is being produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Khan's own production company, along with Marflix Pictures.
