Shah Rukh Khan's landmark sea-facing Bandra mansion, Mannat, is undergoing significant renovation work that includes adding new floors to its rear section. Luxury real estate developer Shri Lotus Developers and Realty, led by founder Anand Pandit, is spearheading the expansion project, which will introduce approximately 616 square metres of additional built-up area at an estimated cost of ₹25 crore. The actor and his family temporarily relocated in April 2025 when renovation commenced, and coastal regulatory clearances have been obtained for the extension work.
The Khan family is currently residing at their other Mumbai property, Puja Casa, during the two-year renovation period. The developer is also concurrently redeveloping Shah Rukh Khan's first Mumbai residence.
