Hollywood actor Will Smith is reportedly in talks to join the upcoming fantasy-action film Raaka, directed by Atlee and starring Allu Arjun. According to production sources, Smith has been approached to play the primary antagonist, with discussions ongoing for approximately a year. The actor is expected to shoot his scenes during an international schedule, with filming dates and location still being finalised based on his availability. Costumes for the role have already been designed.

Shah Rukh Khan is reported to appear in a cameo role in the project, following speculation about his involvement. The actor previously collaborated with director Atlee on the blockbuster film Jawan. According to sources, Khan will join the international shooting schedule after completing work on his film King, with filming anticipated to begin after September. The film also features Deepika Padukone, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna, and is being produced as a large-scale spectacle with international cast and extensive visual effects. However, neither Will Smith's nor Shah Rukh Khan's participation has been officially confirmed by the filmmakers.
